Republic of the Philippines, with with our business office at
Karesh Commercial Complex, Pamintao, Cogon, Bogo City, Cebu, represented herein by its Station Manager, Mr. Michael C.
Villamor, member KBP, Filipino, of legal age, single, and a resident of Dakit, Bogo City, Cebu.

Our radio station has been on the air since May 2013 on 93.3 FM and covers:

Northern Cebu; Bogo City, San Remigio, Medellin, Daanbantayan, Bantayan Island, Tabogon,Malapascua Island

Secondary; DanaoCity,Carmen, Catmon, Borbon, Sogod, Tabuelan

Tertiary; Samar, Leyte, Masbate, Negros, Camotes Island

We broadcast 200 feet above sea level and with the power of 2000 megawatts.

We have over thousands of listeners since the beginning of our broadcast. Our average listeners are usually between 5-99 years old.
