DYRC Cebu 648 Khz is a commercial radio station owned by the MANILA BROADCASTING COMPANY (MBC) and operated by PADAYON PILIPINO MEDIA CONSULTANCY SERVICES (PPMCS). Its studio and transmitter site is located at Tangke, Talisay City Cebu. We are broadcasting at 10,000 watts.It is manned by respected and well-known radio personalities and backed up by first class radio technicians.

Our broadcast reach includes the whole Cebu, Mandaue, Lapu-Lapu, Danao, Toledo, and Talisay Cities and Municipalities of Cebu Province, the provinces of Masbate, Bohol, Siquijor, Negros, Samar-Leyte, Camiguin, Northern and Western Mindanao Areas.
