RMN Iligan DXIC 711 KHz or RMN Networks is one of the largest radio networks in the Philippines. The network’s first radio station is DXCC, established in Cagayan de Oro on the island of Mindanao in August 28, 1952. The callsign meant the radio partnership of Canoy and Cui. It was changed later to a neutral meaning Cagayan de Oro Community, as the founder would soon write it in his memoir.
