actually, this is not a comment but a complaint…
a resident of Brgy. 03 Upper Nula-Tula, Tacloban City here and just wanna complain a certain internet shop which is a 1 or 2 houses away at the back of Nula-Tula Elementary School… I am very certain that we have an existing ordinance in the City of Tacloban that operating and managing an internet shop or the likes are prohibited inclusive of a 20 meter distance from any educational institution in the city… I am very much concern because I am a mother of 2 elementary pupils in that school but they tend to cut-class or used to absent from their classes ( according to their teachers and classmates ) but instead used to play online and offline games in that internet shop managed and operated by GLENDA VILLANUEVA and Fsmily. I don’t even know if the school administration or the Brgy. Council of this Brgy. made any necessary actions on these regards..? need your intervention and hopefully we’ll get positive feedback on this matter…
