Dominican Radio 102.3 MHz is the only community radio station of the Order of Preachers in the Philippines! Founded by Fr. Gallardo Asor “Butch” Bombase, Jr.,O.P. a member of the Dominican Radio Preaching Network , in 2008 as a Parish Priest of Manaoag, as his gift to Our Lady of the Rosary of Manaoag, to the people of Manaoag, to the Dominican Province of the Philippines and to all the people of who loves listening to the Good News. His ardent desire to use the modern means of technology in spreading the Word of God, filling the air waves with Christian Music, blessings, messages and prayers. A community radio station aimed to bring God closer to every people and reaching out all people with ears. It is an extension of the Parish that gives people an opportunity to pray, celebrate the Mass, learn the Catechism of the Catholic Church, listen songs of praise and worship. Owned by the Dominican Community of Manaoag, Radyo Dominiko is now an avenue of preaching and education where the students of the Institute of Dominican Preaching broadcast and the volunteer radio evangelizers of RDM serve for free without pay. Radyo Dominiko ng Manaoag proclaims the greatness of the Lord and making EVA-CA-SA-S a way of life a reality. That We become EVAngelizers, CAtechists, SAints and Stewards of God.
